Sprayable Sleep Faqs

How often can I use Sprayable Sleep?

Melatonin has been shown to be generally safe for daily use for consecutive months (US National Library of Medicine). In fact, as per sciencedaily.com, “daily melatonin intake in humans from the age of 30 or 40 could prevent – or, at least, delay – illnesses related to aging, free radicals and inflammatory processes, such as many neurodegenerative disorders (e.g. Parkinson’s disease) and complications linked to other illnesses, like diabetes.”

Of course, we recommend you consult with your doctor before any prolonged use of melatonin. If your sole intent is to adjust your sleep cycle due to some isolated incident such as jet lag from travel, we recommend using only for as long as necessary to resolve the acute use case.

Is Sprayable scented?

Sprayable Sleep is clear and unscented. Apart from sleeping better, you won’t even notice it’s there.

Can I shower or swim after using Sprayable Sleep?

Being a topical product, Sprayable will get washed off if you come in significant contact with water after application. If you are planning on taking a shower or swimming, it’s best to use Sprayable after you finish the activity.

Oral Melatonin doesn’t work for me – will Sprayable Sleep?

It depends – we wish we could tell you definitively one way or the other, but the truth is there really is no way to know on a case-by-case basis until you try it. While Sprayable Sleep does work for the vast majority of people, and is preferred by many over oral melatonin, there are those who just experience no effect from using any form of melatonin.

That said, we’d love to have you try Sprayable Sleep risk-free. Buy a bottle and try it for as long as you’d like. If it doesn’t work for you, just return it to us at any time for a full refund.

Is it patented?

We are patent pending.

What are the side effects?

Melatonin is a particularly safe sleep aid – there are few known severe side effects, and only a very small portion of the population tend to be privy to them. That said, there are some minor side effects that are occasionally felt by some users of melatonin, including drowsiness, irritability, grogginess, and nausea, among other side effects. If you experience any adverse effects from using Sprayable Sleep, please discontinue use immediately.

How will I feel?

Sprayable helps you fall asleep in a more natural feeling way than other sleep aids you may be used to. Because it enters your system gradually, over time (mimicking how your body produces melatonin).

Is it safe for pregnant women?

At present time, there isn’t enough data to conclusively establish the safety of melatonin for pregnant women. As such, we don’t recommend Sprayable Sleep to be used by anyone who is pregnant.

How about children?

Like above, there just isn’t enough research to conclusively establish the safety of melatonin in children, either. As such, we don’t recommend the use of Sprayable Sleep by anyone under the age of 18.

Is it safe?

Very few people experience any serious side effects from using melatonin. It is incredibly difficult to overdose on melatonin, and generally, the worst that occurs is increased drowsiness and irritability, along with possible nausea and other side effects.

Sprayable Sleep is especially formulated to be as safe and gentle as possible. That said, if you experience any adverse effects from using Sprayable Sleep, please discontinue use immediately.

Can I use this with other medications

If you are presently using any other medications, we recommend you consult a doctor before taking Sprayable Sleep. Melatonin is known to have some contraindications with other medications.
